Your consumer visits your website and clicks, "Returns" where they create their returns ticket within your returns portal, powered by Flindel. When their ticket is created, they are given a unique QR code required for the return drop off.
Your consumer then heads to their nearest drop off location with their return and unique QR code in hand, then follows the instructions to successfully drop off their return. This process takes less than three minutes.
After successfully dropping off their return, the customer receives a confirmation text and later, an update on their return status.
